How do I sign up for a membership?
To join, visit our Home Page and click the "Join Now" button. You’ll be guided through selecting a membership level, entering your information, and completing payment. Once the process is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with login details. If you do not receive this email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact support.

How do I update my account details or payment method?
After logging into your account, go to the "My Profile" or "Billing" section. From there, you can update your personal information, email address, and payment details. Changes to your billing information will take effect immediately, and if your membership is set to auto-renew, the updated payment method will be used for your next billing cycle.
How do I register for an event?
Go to the "Events" page on the website and select the event you wish to attend. Click "Register" and complete the required fields. Some events may have different ticket pricing for members and non-members, so make sure you are logged in to receive any applicable discounts. If the event allows multiple registrations, you will have the option to add additional attendees during checkout. You will receive a confirmation email once registration is complete.
How do I reset my password if I have difficulty logging in?
If you forget your password, click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. Enter the email associated with your account, and you will receive a password reset link. Follow the instructions to create a new password. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. If you are still having trouble, contact support for assistance.
How do I update my Member Directory listing?
Members with directory listings can update their profiles by logging in and going to the "My Account" > "Manage Member Profile". Depending on your membership level, you may be able to add a company logo, business description, contact details, and website links. Any updates made will reflect immediately in the directory. If you do not see your changes right away, try refreshing your browser or logging out and back in.
